Essential Functions & Capabilities :
- Anticipate, assess, analyze, and address internal / external customer needs. Determine appropriate course of action in routing and non-routine situations and be comfortable asking questions to obtain necessary information to meet administrative goals.
- Enable the Executive Team and Operations to be more productive by providing a wide range of administrative and confidential support functions requiring a broad, extensive knowledge of personal schedules and the Company's practices, policies, and procedures without constant oversight.
- Support Operations as needed : Safety, Pre-Construction, document control, Purchasing, and Field.
- Deliver superior customer service in interactions with current and prospective clients, vendors, consultants, and internal company employees.
- Communicate effectively with everyone while maintaining appropriate discretion to protect executive confidence.
- Exercise confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive issues. Represent PayneCrest in a professional and ethical manner in all interactions with internal employees and outside contacts.
- Multi-task, process situations and requests quickly, and adapt to a series of changing needs and evolving projects with a can-do, hands-on approach.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability and willingness to run errands as necessary for both personal and professional administrative needs.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10+ years administrative experience; prior experience supporting a team of executives a plus.Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint); knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Experience with travel arrangements and event planning.Position Details :
