This job oversees all aspects of regional growth, planning, and development. Collaborates with regional leaders to drive alignment, develop, and oversee implementation of growth strategies.

Education

Required Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.

Preferred Master’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.

Work Experience

Required 5 years of operations, strategy, or related experience, including 2 years in supervision / management.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Strong financial, analytic, operations, and strategic acumen.

Ability to manage projects and processes amid ambiguity.

Ability to lead the development of growth plans that drive value.

Ability to build and execute on established priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to develop relationships and lead through influence.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and regional requirements.

Job Duties

Develops business cases / growth plans (e.g., network management, patient engagement, physician alignment, referral management) tailored to region(s), building on business insights and analysis.

Aligns stakeholders on regional priorities and required outcomes for growth initiatives and leads coordination of initiative execution.

Provides support / consult with regional leaders to implement their growth plans.

Leads development of partnerships to accelerate regional growth (e.g., screen, source, and integrate partners).

Serves as liaisons to system shared services and support functions regarding growth plans.

Monitors regional progress towards growth goals and communicate outcomes to region and leadership team.

Coordinates with Partnership & Enterprise Engagement to ensure the right deal structure is put in place for potential partnerships.

Drives academic medicine awareness within regions and influences / engages physicians.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and / or disposal of contaminated waste.

The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role.
