Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation Systems
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll :
- Support Sales Compensation team in managing Xactly instance
- Manage process change requests from business partners and sales compensation team
- Review Plan Designs to implement within Xactly
- Provide guidance on automation and system improvement projects with Xactly Connect
- Work with project manager on quarterly SOX requirements
- Analyze and build reports in Xactly, supporting data team requests

Required :
- 1-3 years experience with implementing incentive compensation systems
- Prior experience carrying out technical responsibilities, such as rule writing, development, result analysis, troubleshooting, process improvement
- Detail and Process oriented
- Familiarity with reporting / data mining methodologies
- Strong customer-focus and business acumen, and ability to effectively balance between the two
- Superb communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Desired :
- Experience with Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect
- Xactly Admin Certified
- Experience with Salesforce
- Outside consulting a plus

This role will be remotebut is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
