We are looking for an accountant with at least 2 years of experience in enterprise level organization . As a staff accountant, we have a place for you if you are someone who is eager to grow.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial records
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus!Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory reporting requirementsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, SAGE Intact, Oracle)Experience with double-entry bookkeeping principles and practicesMinimum 2 years in a Staff Accounting role with high volumeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in Dental Practice Accounting is a plusKnowledge of private equity accounting is a plusWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
