We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Lead to work directly with the Division President of our Global Industrials Sector. This role will serve as a strategic partner, helping to drive operational excellence, streamline communication, and support the execution of key initiatives across the division. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical thinker with strong leadership skills, have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, and a proven track record of working effectively across diverse global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or related fields. Strong understanding of the industrials sector and relevant market dynamics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving results. Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.

Travel Requirements : Minimal; occurrences to be mutually agreed upon.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure to all aspects of our global industrials business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the division and driving its continued growth and success.

Estimated total compensation for this position : 88,000.00 - 176,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
