Job Summary
This position is responsible for facilitating the needs of employees regarding recruitment, onboarding, benefits, pay, performance tracking, offboarding, and retirement for the Human Resources Department. This position reports to the HR Business Partner Manager.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent; one (1) to two (2) years experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands
The work is sedentary work, which requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
