Vice President, Surety Risk Solutions
Zurich North America's Surety Risk Solutions team is seeking to add another Vice President to help drive success within our growing U.S. Specialties Business Unit. This is a critical role as the Vice President, Surety Risk Solutions, will utilize their expertise to help deliver the underwriting strategy and product development that will drive the performance and growth of the Contract and Commercial Surety Services industry segment at the national level. Training and supporting the Market Facing Underwriters will also be a critical component of this position. This role will work collaboratively with the Segment Leaders, Underwriters, Customers and Brokers. This position can be based in any of our Zurich Offices or Remote. At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The proposed salary range for this position is $130,000 - $215,000, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 20%.
