About the Role We’re seeking a Call Center Representative to support our growing team.
This role involves assisting both internal staff and external customers with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring leads are quickly followed up on, appointments are booked, and customer satisfaction stays high.
While this is primarily a weekday position, occasional weekend availability may be needed for trade shows or appointment support.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room to grow into a Sales Coordinator or Sales Representative role — where you’ll attend homeowner appointments and have the opportunity to earn commission on your own sales.
What You’ll Do Memorize and confidently use provided call scripts Respond to all incoming leads within 1 minute (doing so increases demo rate by 391%) Handle all inbound calls using approved scripts — and personalize them naturally Make outbound calls to past leads and customers for follow-ups, reviews, referrals, and repeat business Manage the schedule for all in-home appointments for our sales team Monitor and manage all lead sources Assist production and marketing departments with daily administrative tasks Send out marketing materials to past and potential customers Occasionally work trade shows and events to generate leads and appointments Requirements High school diploma or GED required Experience in the home improvement industry preferred Proficient with Google Business tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Familiarity with customer service software applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and strong customer service mindset What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($15–$18 depending on experience) Volume-based bonuses and incentives Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend opportunities for trade shows and events Supportive, team-oriented environment Clear career path for growth Opportunities for growth within a well-established and expanding company Join Our Team!
