Join our collaborative team as a Marketing and Operations Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Department. Additionally, you will have light social media marketing responsibilities, with opportunities for growth in that area.

Pay Range : $50K / yr- $52K / yr

• Coordinate administrative tasks, requests, and queries from senior management and the Operations Department.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide support to Field Operations through call handling, email correspondence, and coordination of field requests.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of ongoing departmental projects.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking and distribution.
• Act as a direct support to the Director of Operations, assisting in scheduling, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Office / Outdoor Environment sitting at a desk, physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing. Ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
