Inside Sales Representative Temp To Perm

Fantastic Opportunity for those looking for an introduction into sales in the Pharma / Medical Device Industry

SGA is hiring 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives for our client is recognized as a certified global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies.  They are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Associates who thrives in a sales environment with a preference to the medical device / manufacturing industry.

Hours of Operation : 9 AM – 5 PM OR 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday – Friday)

This is not a remote role and is in the office 5 days a week (Jersey City, NJ)

The Inside Sales position performs a variety of support tasks to offer exceptional service to our customers / clients.

Requirements / Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 1-3 Years Experience working in sales - Medical Device / Pharma Industry is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working in Salesforce is a plus
  • Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products.
  • Follow-up on all assigned perspectives and active clients and report the status of the projects / action plan in the local CRM.
  • Listening to customers’ concerns / complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services.
  • Presenting customers / clients with additional information regarding new products and / or services.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client’s or customer’s questions.
  • Escalating queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects as requested.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Shows interest in the manufacturing of medical devices industry.
  • Experience related to sales, medical devices & terminology.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Punctual, hardworking, and can work well in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to take directions from the management team.
