Coordinator Job

The Coordinator will be responsible for the review and adjudication of candidate's background report such as MVRs, criminal, employment, and education background reports to ensure compliance with Ryder's policies as well as Local, State, Federal regulations. Provide guidance to questions on departmental services, functions or practices. Provide support to recruiting partners and the business. Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines and procedures. Prepare reports or maintain files. Locate, compile or enter data into databases, files or spreadsheets. REMOTE work from HOME.

Essential Functions

• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• This position serves as the back-up to the I-9 compliance coordinator.
• Provide administrative support to Compliance Team as needed.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Hourly

Minimum Pay Range : $19.00

Maximum Pay Range : $19.00
