The work :

Conduct and lead business process re-engineering activities of time and attendance and payroll processes.

Supervise business analysts in support of these activities.

Analyze client organization and design payroll processes and integrating systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and / or business solution.

Research, gather and synthesize information to support change management activities.

Here's what you need :

Experience designing business processes and operating models required (preferred experience with Payroll processes).

Experience troubleshooting issues with payroll and time and attendance Tier 2 and Tier 3 service tickets.

Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases

Experience gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.

Active Secret clearance

Bonus points if you have :

Experience working with federal clients

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
