The Job :

As a Promotions Logistics Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor North America Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee.

In this role you’ll get to :

Maintain and distribute a promotional / rework project deck to keep high priority initiatives visible to the business.

Maintain a cross functional, periodic review for all promotional build activity while engaging sales and marketing.

Maintain training & process documentation of promotional build processes for Supply Chain, Product & Channel Marketing in order to level set business expectations and ensure timely delivery of finished projects.

Act as liaison between the business and distribution network to streamline processes and decrease order-to-bill cycle time for all customers and SBUs.

Achieve 98% fill rate and on-time delivery for all promotional build activity across US network to align with business and customers.

Proactively manage cross-functional tasks such as : short supply allocations, promotional executions, material transitions, quality and non-quality rework

Own the relationship and drive productivity with our 3rd Party Temporary Display Partners from a distribution, service and fulfillment perspective.

Desired Skills :

Advanced skills in all MS Office Suite products.

Working knowledge of SAP R / 3 & SCM, Enterprise & SCM BW, Manugistics, WMS and B&D reporting systems mandatory.

Broad business and analytical proficiencies. Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt and respond in a dynamic, fast paced collaborative team and operational support environment.

Capable of working independently, multi-tasking and receiving direction from several sources.

Troubleshoot and be proactive in process improvement.

Desired Experience & Education :

BA / BS Degree desirable.

5+ years specialized experience in area of Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, Demand / Supply Planning experience heavily preferred.

People leader experience.

Project management experience.
