This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a very prestigious engineering firm located in Albuquerque.

As a Document Administrator , you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our client's Albuquerque office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess strong skills in typing, document maintenance, and communication.

Responsibilities for the Document Administrator :

  • Typing and formatting documents according to company standards
  • Maintenance of documents and correspondences
  • Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with superior proofreading abilities
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry, taking minutes and dictations, typing letters, and other documents

Requirements for the Document Administrator :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Administrator
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Superior attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation for the Document Administrator position is $ 20 per hour, depending on experience.

This is a non-remote position , and the successful candidate will be based at our client's office in Albuquerque, NM.
