Business Analyst
Business Analyst , Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in the office. Milwaukee or Paramus is preferred but can consider remote for the right candidate.)
Kelly Services is seeking a Business Analyst to provide process maps, procedure documentation, testing plans and support.
HR team is working on transitioning to a new HCM System for one of our top clients .
Length : 6 Months (This is a multi-phase project with the initial phase running through the end of 2025. Project encompasses all of North America (Canada and US).
Type : Contract W2
Pay Rate : $negotiable / hr. (W2)
Schedule : Standard
Interview Process : Virtual or Onsite
Responsibilities :
- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
- Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.
- Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements to current systems.
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives.
- Works under the direction of a project manager.
