Fleet Administrative Support

Fleet Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Starting pay rate for this role is $18 to $20 / hour DOE

This position is responsible for processing invoices, repair orders, and fuel reports for the Fleet Maintenance facility and provide all administrative support for Fleet Operations.

Essential Duties :

• Preparing and generating AP uploads for posting. Verification of vendors, invoices, and statements
• Generating and processing repair orders through the Fleet Maintenance software system
• Record keeping and filing of related Fleet Maintenance documents
• Generating complex reporting using Excel and creating Fleet Maintenance correspondence and announcements
• Working with wet fuelers. Reconciling wet fuel activity and invoices. Tracking & preparing multiple fuel reports.
• Monitoring fuel island users and units. Pulling daily, weekly, & monthly reports for billing as well as checking for accuracy.
