Charge RN - Behavioral Health
LeaderStat is in search of a Charge RN - Behavioral Health for an acute care facility in Columbus, Ohio. This individual will assist patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care while maintaining quality and safety as a priority.
They will delegate, direct, oversee and provide developmentally appropriate patient care.
Additionally, they will assess individualized patient needs, and communicate patient care needs and priorities to assigned Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Assistants (PCAs), Unit Coordinators, and Allied Health personnel.
The Charge RN will plan, implement, educate and evaluate care using Evidence-Based Practices and utilize Therapeutic Communication while monitoring the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio, or Compact State Licensure
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university ABOUT LEADERSTAT
