SUMMARY : We are searching for a Bilingual (Spanish) Part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Scheduling skills to work in our clinic. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills. This position is in Sugar Land Texas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
• Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
• Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Ensure patients comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Job Type : Part time.

Pay : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Work Location : In person - Sugar Land Texas.
