Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Warehousing team as a Receiving & Inventory Technician II. The Receiving & Inventory Technician II maintains warehouse stock and assists in fulfilling orders in order to meet long term growth and profitability targets.

This role will serve as a point of contact for daily execution within the organization and work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Commercial to sustain production and help us take the next steps forward in our high-growth cycle.

How you will make an impact :

Receive all incoming materials; verify paperwork and store in appropriate locations, delivering materials to appropriate personnel as required.

All incoming materials to be received in NetSuite and distributed within 1 business day of receipt (unless held by QA for approval / clearance).

• Ensure First In / First Out inventories by maintaining, identifying, labeling, rotating materials and supplies in stock in all warehouse / receiving spaces.
• Perform cycle counts and other miscellaneous inventory duties as assigned.
• Assist Order Fulfillment and Shipping in maintaining adequate stock of all shipping materials (boxes, tape, ice packs, etc.).
• Ensure safety in all areas by maintaining a clean, organized, clearly labelled warehouse / receiving area. Including but not limited to moving skids, breaking down boxes, placing items on inventory carts / kanbans and general organizational warehouse duties.
• Perform other functions and duties as required

The skills and experience that you will bring :

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (Shipping, Receiving, and / or inventory control).
• Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, and Microsoft Office products strongly preferred.
• Experience with 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, and / or ISO 13485 requirements a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records and notes, and the ability to carry out assignments in a thorough, conscientious fashion.
