Business Development Manager

Drives strategic growth by identifying and pursuing future project opportunities aligned with company goals. Builds strong relationships with public agencies, civil engineers, and key partners while providing market intelligence and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and track municipal budgets, CIPs, and funding cycles to identify upcoming opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with agencies, engineers, consultants, and industry partners through meetings and events.
• Develop strategic BD plans, align pursuits with backlog and revenue goals, and collaborate with estimating / project teams.
• Lead proposal, qualification, and interview efforts with marketing and operations.
• Maintain CRM and provide leadership with regular updates on markets, trends, and pursuits.
• Support marketing and branding efforts while representing the company at industry events and associations.
• Business development experience in heavy civil construction or parks and stadiums.
• Great at networking and getting buy in from different divisions within the company
