Influential is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Campaign Management to lead day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role will manage the east coast campaign management team and work with Account Management and Creative teams to build relationships with the influencer community across social platforms.
On a typical day you will :
Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaignsBuild and execute creator strategies tailored to campaigns, refine existing success metrics, and introduce new metricsSupport training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and development of writing / presentation skillsCoordinate with account management, research / analytics, and operations to meet client needsOversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across brand campaignsDemonstrate knowledge of offline and online media spaces and the influencer marketing landscapeUnderstand online performance tracking and brand measurement toolsMaintain strong organizational skills, multitask, and manage schedules and recordsCollaborate effectively, welcome feedback, and influence cross-functional teamsBeing an Associate Director, Campaign Management requires :
5–7 years in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment (skincare space preferred)Experience managing multiple 6–7 figure projects in a fast-paced environmentExpert negotiating skills and management of six-figure influencer campaign budgetsEstablished network of influencer managers / agents or influencer contactsDirect experience with on-site influencer activationsStrong understanding of brand, media, and consumer relationshipsWorking knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement toolsSelf-starter, collaborative, able to work independently and influence cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with multiple projects and timelinesComfortable in a startup environment, creating processes where none existKnowledge of major social platforms and current trends (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter / X, YouTube, etc.)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceBonus points if :
Experience at a marketing-tech or media startupPassion for social media and / or influencer marketingSalary Range : $110K–$125K
