Ferguson is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Regional Distribution Center (RDC) in Waterloo, Iowa. This is a critical leadership role for driving engagement, fostering a safety culture, optimizing productivity, and championing process improvement within a multi-shift, high-volume distribution operation. The facility supports both B2B and B2C channels, branch replenishment, and handles a wide range of functional activities.

Located just 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA, the Waterloo distribution center is 650,000 square feet and supports a workforce of approximately 100-120 hourly associates and 10 salaried leaders.

As General Manager, you will :

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of salaried leaders and frontline associates by modeling a strong understanding of big-box distribution operations.

Pay Range : $8,939.03 - $16,941.64

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
