HR Consultant Needed - Be the Driving Force Behind a Major Plant Move!

Are you a seasoned HR professional who thrives in high-impact environments? Harvest Food Group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager to lead the charge in a 200,000 sq ft manufacturing plant relocation from Chicago to East Chicago, Indiana.

What You'll Do :

• Own the Plant Move : Spearhead the HR strategy for the relocation, including workforce transition planning and execution.
• Workforce Planning : Analyze labor needs, manage employee surveys, and develop action plans in Excel to ensure production continuity.
• Talent Acquisition : Coordinate job fairs, collaborate with temp agencies and recruiters, and manage hiring for general and skilled labor.
• Policy & Compliance : Update handbooks, implement new policies, and ensure communication compliance during the move.
• Be the Go-To Leader : Work directly with 8-10 department managers and report to the CFO. You'll be the one-person HR powerhouse driving this transformation.
