Duration : 3 Months Contract (Temp To Perm)

Education : High school Degree required,

Shift Details : M-F, 2 late shifts (that is the requirement for bilingual agents). Hybrid position

General Description :

Finding Provider(s) / Services for members
Responsible for all benefits information given to Members and Providers.
Responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues.
Answer billing / claims status questions; resolve claim issues for members.

Education :

High school Degree required,
