Zifo is hiring for a client partner to manage customer relationship for Zifo’s large strategic customers in the Chicago area. The client partner will primarily be responsible for active account mining, managing existing revenue stream and continuously building the revenue pipeline across the customer portfolio and ensure successful partnership with Customer(s).
Responsibilities
Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor for Customers; Be accountable for Zifo’s successful relationship with Customers across all frontsManage the Engagement with Customers and Zifo internal teams, in alignment with Zifo’s culture and valuesPartner with Sales team in kick starting engagement with new Customers / business areas / productsUnderstand Customer’s tangible and intangible expectations, requirements and ensure they are delivered by ZifoPartner with Service Delivery Management teams in Zifo to ensure successful transition of projects from Account Mining to Project executionPerform active Account Mining by expanding relationships beyond the current set of Customer contacts / business groupsEstablish and nurture relationship with Customers’ Procurement teams and ensure Zifo is a Preferred Service Provider for the CustomerBe the Zifo Champion for Requests for Proposals (RFP) from Customers; Own the response to RFP’s and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders from Zifo including but not limited to Customer Success teams, Service Delivery Leadership, Product Partnership team, Subject Matter Experts etc., across geographiesIdentify and propose Value Adds, means to realize and ROI for the CustomerBe accountable for the success and business outcomes as part of the relationship between Zifo and Customer organizationEstablish and nurture relationships with Customers, convert them to Zifo Champions and build rapport with multiple stakeholders within our customer portfolioEnsure Zifo’s ongoing business with Customers are renewed as appropriateBe accountable for Steering Committee meetings and presentations with Customer LeadershipProvide insights into industry trends and share consultative inputs with CustomersProactively suggest best practices internally in Zifo and with Customer interactions in the spirit of ongoing improvements and excellenceRequirements
12+ years of Customer Success Management / Account management experience at a Software Services company / Product company or 7+ years of consulting experience for Life SciencesStrong project management abilities, written and verbal communication skills, and presentation capabilitiesDemonstrated experience in Customer centricity and solution-based Account managementDetail oriented and ability to multi-task at various levelsSelf-starter and ability to prioritize critical tasks dailyPossess high attention to detail and organization skillsMust be an Influential person, build and nurture rapport with customers, drive them towards desired actions, and challenge them when appropriateBenefits
