Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) | Baltimore, MD
Clinic-Based | Full-Time | Leadership Growth | $120,000–$140,000 / year (base + performance bonus)
Support clinical quality, mentor clinicians, and help families access meaningful, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring an experienced BCBA for an Assistant Clinical Director role in our Baltimore clinic. This leadership position blends direct clinical work with team mentorship, caregiver support, and clinical oversight.
Position Details
Location : Baltimore, MD
Schedule : Monday–Friday, consistent daytime hours
Employment Type : Full-time, in-person
Total Compensation : $120,000–$140,000 / year (base salary + performance bonus)
Reports To : Regional Clinical Leadership
What You’ll Do
Support daily clinical operations and uphold quality ABA services
Develop and review individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical team members
Conduct caregiver coaching to support skill generalization
Review client progress data and adjust programming as needed
Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting
Collaborate with operations to support scheduling and efficiency
Participate in clinic-wide initiatives, improvement efforts, and team meetings
