Our client is a global logistics provider Franklin Park that is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
The candidate must have Export experience with International Air to ensure that our global supply chain runs smoothly.
Title : Logistics Coordinator Export Air
Status : Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate : $20 to $27 an hour DOE
Hours : 8 : 30am to 5 : 30PM Monday through Friday

Duties Include :
- Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Coordinate with airlines and other vendors (trucking companies) to ensure the smooth operation.
- Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send A / R invoices to customers.
- Manage monthly A / P invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates.
- Coordinate and arrange air export services for domestic and international goods.
- Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments.
- Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client’s requirements, A / R, and A / P.
- Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer / vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
- Provide daily activity reports to management.
- Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
Desired Attributes and other Requirements :
- Maintain a focus on our customer’s satisfaction and maintain good relationships with suppliers and transportation partners.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- A keen analytical mind with an ability to work on simultaneous projects and systems.
- Knowledge of logistics management systems.
- The ability to handle pressure and act professionally.
- Korean-speaking is a plus but not required.
- Working on weekends, holidays, and overtime could be required during peak seasons and special projects.
