As Vice President of Program Management, you will lead the delivery of high-impact marketing and business transformation programs for global enterprise clients. This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and team leadership — guiding multi-million-dollar portfolios and cross-functional teams across disciplines and regions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to align program objectives with business outcomes, driving innovation and measurable results. The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and exceptional leadership skills in complex, fast-paced environments. This position is remote / hybrid, with occasional on-site collaboration at U.S. office locations.
Accountabilities
- Provide strategic oversight for major client programs valued between $10–30M annually, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape marketing transformation strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
- Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and budget management to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Build alignment across diverse global teams, fostering collaboration among Creative, Strategy, Data, Technology, and CRM functions.
- Support business development initiatives through pitches, RFP responses, and relationship management with enterprise clients.
- Drive a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the program management function.
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and operational standards across all managed programs.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in program or project management within marketing, advertising, consulting, or a related industry.At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing complex, multi-disciplinary program teams.Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios exceeding $10M annually.Strong financial and operational management skills, with a strategic mindset and an ability to influence senior executives.Proficiency in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe or PMI.Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, analytics, automation, and AI / ML tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a talent for simplifying complexity and driving consensus.Preferred certifications : PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.Experience in agency, consulting, or digital transformation environments is highly valued.Benefits
