Maintenance Director Genesis Health Clubs (Louisville, KY)
Pay : $70,000+ per year (based on experience, HVAC certifications, and leadership capabilities)

Job Summary :
Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our Louisville-area fitness clubs. This is a leadership-level position responsible for facility upkeep, HVAC and mechanical system operations, project coordination, and the supervision of local maintenance teams.
Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in HVAC (commercial systems preferred) , electrical and plumbing repairs, preventive maintenance, and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and execute daily maintenance operations across multiple club locationsLead and supervise a team of maintenance associates within your assigned regionManage HVAC systems , plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairsConduct routine inspections to ensure clubs meet company standards for safety and operationRespond to maintenance tickets, emergency repairs, and safety concerns in a timely mannerOversee preventive maintenance schedules for all critical systems and equipmentMaintain accurate maintenance logs and records of purchases, inventories, and repair historiesEnsure facility grounds (interior / exterior) are well-maintained and cleanCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and club leadership for larger repair or construction projectsMonitor and uphold building safety and security standardsSupport project planning and club upgrades as neededRequirements :
Minimum 2+ years of maintenance leadership experience (multi-site experience preferred)HVAC knowledge required (commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred)Strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to supervise and train maintenance associatesComfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate professionally with both team members and leadershipPhysical Requirements :
