Program Manager, Data Center Construction Special Projects
Google is looking for a Program Manager for Data Center Construction Special Projects. This position is available in Austin, TX, USA; Midlothian, TX, USA; and remote locations in Arizona, California, Texas, and Utah, USA. The role requires advanced experience in program or project management, specifically within mission-critical facilities, and a deep understanding of the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of experience in program or project management across multiple global regions, specifically within mission-critical facilities, and 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Preferred qualifications include experience managing cross-functional projects, construction planning and scheduling, and facilities equipment and environments.
