Ecommerce Manager
The Ecommerce Manager oversees the strategy, operations, and performance of digital sales channels to drive growth and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, merchandising, and analytics to optimize conversion, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 37 years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar). Experience with CRM, email automation, and digital ad platforms. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
