JOB DESCRIPTION : HOME HEALTH AIDE
DEFINTION :
The Home Health Aide (HHA) is an employee trained to provide personal care and related services in the home. A HHA Carries out health care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and may also provide assistance with personal hygiene, housekeeping and other related supportive tasks to a patient with health care needs.
The Home Health Aide reports to the RN in charge of the case for patient care and to the Staffing Coordinator / Team Leader for administrative aspects.
