What You'll Be Doing...

Responsible for user and competitive research analysis, roadmap strategy and user stories for UX / UI applications / products; drive core product strategy and user experience across mobile, web and desktop; lead the product design, sprint planning and launch; grow the engagement on the Protect app through features such as security ratings, quizzes, educational materials; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, research, legal and marketing to communicate data-driven prioritizations and make decisions; reduce negative ratings by improving core features via product lifecycle; lead app-level navigation redesign through usability studies and data analysis to improve feature adoption; use a data-driven approach to incorporate feedbacks and present in leadership meetings.

What We're Looking For...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a product strategy manager or consultant, experience design manager, project manager, or in a related / similar position responsible for product lifecycle management, strategy frameworks, competitive analysis, customer and market research, data analysis, financial modeling and forecasts. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to include 3 years with product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, UI or UX management, agile product delivery, and Mobile or Web technologies. Requires travel in the US for up to 25% of work time. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Rate of Pay : $192,862 per year

Where You'll Be Working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
