As the Senior Finance Manager Continuous Improvement Programs, you will lead initiatives within our Process and Innovation team to identify and prioritize business challenges where technology can deliver meaningful impact. You'll collaborate across disciplines and engage with diverse stakeholders to frame and structure problems, then deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize cash flow and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment across finance teams and business groups, fostering collaboration and shared success. Additionally, you will help cultivate a culture of innovation, customer obsession, diversity and inclusion, and growth mindsetempowering every team member to contribute and thrive while advancing transformation across the organization.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
