Navigation Media Group is seeking a Junior Influencer Talent Manager to help grow our influencer representation division. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who is truly passionate about social media to turn that passion into a career. This role provides applicants with the opportunity to build and grow their client list while exploring synergies with our company's actor, director, writer, IP and influencer clients and our network / experience in the entertainment industry.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is exclusively commission based. There is no guaranteed salary.

Location

This is a full time, remote, contractor role based in North America and able to work in the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities

• Discover and onboard emerging influencers, guiding them in all aspects of their careers.
• Support clients in developing career strategies and navigating brand partnerships through negotiations and campaign management.
• Leverage your experience with influencers and brands to ensure seamless collaborations and communication between clients and partners.
• Continuously sign new influencers, focusing on both established talents and rising stars.
• Manage a high volume of brand deals for your clients, maximizing the value of every negotiation.
• Explore overall synergies between traditional and digital / social media.
