Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive leadership in sales operations, sales support, or business process management
Demonstrated success in leading sales service and operations teams in complex organizations
Strong expertise in CRM platforms, case management systems, and reporting tools
Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and reporting frameworks
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across various organizational levels
