What will you be doing?

  • Manage pre-sale Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Support post-sale implementations of the platform to large enterprise customers
  • Use a consultive, problem-solving, and strategic approach to architecture and implementing scalable solutions and workflows that drive customer value
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing expectations while identifying solutions and technical challenges with internal teams
  • Gather feedback from clients to recommend new product features and improvements
  • Document best practices and workflows and create valuable, repeatable solutions
  • Provide support to the post-sale implementation team
  • Ability to travel to customer sites 30% of the time

What are the minimum qualifications?

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Applications Engineer, etc.
  • Some of the following experiences : 1) Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, 2) Any cloud experience and exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, 3) Spatial Computing : AutoCAD or 3D, i.

e., Augmented Realty, 3D video games, etc.

  • 3+ years of experience with Linux
  • Proven and practical project management skills
  • Capable of effectively managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Lite programming skills for minor work, Python, Java, Shell Scripting, or other languages
  • Enterprise software experience, prefer experience working for a software company
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant education and certifications

Location : Remote, Headquarters in Dallas, TX

Salary : 160k 180k + Commissions 240 250K
