Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align data strategies with business goals.
- Design data architectures that support scalability, security, and performance spanning multiple cloud environments.
- Possess expertise in Azure data offerings such as Azure SQL MI, Azure cache for Redis, Azure PostgreSQL.
- Leverage cloud-native services for data storage, processing, and analytics.
- Implement data integration solutions to enable seamless flow of information across the organization.
- Ensure data integration processes are efficient, reliable, and maintain data integrity.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Optimize data architectures for performance and scalability.
- Implement solutions that handle increasing data volumes and user demands.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications :
- Relevant degree preferred. Computer Science or similar degree preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud providers required.
- Proficient in SQL, PostGres, ElasticSearch, Redis and ETL
- Experience with public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud preferred.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, big data, and data lake concepts.
