Vaco is seeking a Controller   for a growing organization located in Goodyear!

Responsibilities include :

Manage 2 direct reports

Handle month end close and financial reporting, and reconciliations

Assist in company audits

Present financials and findings to investors

At least 6 years of controller experience / assistant controller ready to take the next step

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance  (Required)

Active CPA License (Required)

Hands-on experience with firms backed by private equity  (Required)

Flexible, fun personality. Someone who doesn’t need their hand held!

Salary $135-150k

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco / Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
