Boeing is seeking a Senior Manager - State and Local Government Operations to join our Government Affairs team in Arlington, VA. This team contributes to public policy development for the company and is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and engaged professional to serve as a valuable contributor toward our legislative and regulatory goals. The selected candidate will manage state and local government relations activities for Boeing in the Eastern Region for Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Ohio. This position requires detailed knowledge of and relationships with government and community leaders in the greater Washington, DC region focusing mostly in Northern Virginia. The duties include building strong relationships with elected officials and staff, civic and trade associations, business and nonprofit leaders, and the general public. For other areas around the state, the candidate will also develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal executives and external partners including community leaders, state and local elected officials, and local representatives from congressional district offices.

Pay based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $191,250-$258,750
