What you'll do :
- Recruit, train, manage, and lead the Sales Team
- Set monthly sales goals, track progress, and lead the Sales Team toward achieving quotas
- Explain the policies and procedures of the dealership to the Sales Team
- Lead by example through daily actions and appearance to build positive employee attitudes and morale
- Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership
- Oversee monthly financials to ensure they are complete, accurate, and submitted on time to upper management / dealership owners
