Key Responsibilities

Drive collections performance, efficiency, and scalability across revenue cycle management

Design and maintain reporting frameworks while coaching onshore and offshore teams

Act as an internal process consultant to enhance scale and efficiency

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including 3+ years managing large teams

Strong data and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and drive business decisions

Proven ability to solve complex problems through structure and cross-functional partnerships

Experience in driving improvements through process optimization and automation

Comfortable in fast-paced environments balancing strategic planning with execution
