Our media and entertainment client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a global IT migration program focused on centralizing knowledge assets across Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other collaboration tools. This role blends structured project management with hands-on business analysis to ensure critical product and operational knowledge is successfully transferred, organized, and made accessible in the client's new digital ecosystem.
You'll play a key role in shaping how knowledge is captured, migrated, and consumed-helping build the foundation for future AI and automation enablement. This is a long-term consulting engagement that will partner closely with product owners, engineering teams, and operations leaders to define hierarchies, processes, and governance across hundreds of applications and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end knowledge transfer (KT) effort for ~700 applications and associated processes as part of an enterprise IT migration.
- Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify, catalog, and validate critical documentation from legacy platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, wikis, etc.).
- Design and implement a scalable information architecture and repository hierarchy aligned to the new O365 and ServiceNow environments.
- Drive the development of operational workflows to support post-migration knowledge management and process ownership.
- Serve as liaison between business units, IT, and service providers to ensure seamless migration and governance alignment.
- Track and report on migration status, data quality, and repository readiness across multiple workstreams.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts-craft communications, training, and adoption plans for new tools and knowledge processes.
- Work directly with leadership and functional teams to clarify product ownership, process flows, and business continuity handoffs.
- Identify gaps or risks in the knowledge transfer process and develop actionable mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the long-term knowledge management strategy to enable future AI-driven knowledge retrieval and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT migration, knowledge management, or business transformation projects.Proven ability to work within large, complex organizations and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.Strong knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow , and O365 collaboration environments.Experience designing and implementing knowledge hierarchies, repositories, or content governance frameworks.Background in organizational change management (OCM) and end-user communication strategies.PMP certification or equivalent structured project management experience preferred.Excellent analytical and documentation skills with a focus on process definition and operational alignment.Strong relationship builder-able to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.Comfortable working hands-on with data and tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.) to maintain program visibility.Self-motivated with a "get it done" mindset, demonstrating composure and adaptability in dynamic environments.Benefits

The base range for this contract position is $50 - $60 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
