2+ Years of Experience in an IT support role
Experience with hardware components and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows Server Environments
Knowledge of TCP / IP, DNS and basic network administration
Experience with Microsoft Office
DUTIES :
Provide first-level support for IT-related inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with the configuration and deployment of computer systems and peripherals.
Monitor network performance and assist with network administration tasks.
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.
