Compensation : At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $151,140 - $200,318.80. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) function is pivotal in aligning strategic human resources expertise with S&C's business needs. Serving as strategic partners to the business, the HRBPs function collaborates with leaders to shape HR strategies, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Simultaneously, the department prioritizes a forward-thinking approach to team member relations, proactively engaging with team members and management to address issues, ensuring fair resolutions, and fostering a positive work environment. With a commitment to enhancing the overall team member experience, the HRBP department plays a central role in driving organizational success.
