As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms.
You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content, interact with our online community, and analyze social media performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Create and schedule content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to assess the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
