Your Role in Action
- Personalized Care : Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and transportation.

Your Skills and Talents
Education or Experience : Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience.Credentials : Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.Management : Supervisory experience in human services preferred.Empathy : Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of diverse individuals.Reliability : Dependable, compassionate, and patient.Adaptability : Flexible to meet diverse needs and changing environments.Resilience : Able to handle unexpected situations with ease.Why This Role?
