Position Summary : As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and execute the AI product strategy for technology that contributes to the Elevate initiative, with a focus on Nonprofit Customers.

You will partner closely with sales and business operations to drive technology solutions for registration, eligibility, fraud detection, customer support, and offer signups.

The main function of an AI Product Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the product cycle, with responsibilities that include product design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.

These experts then determine how machine learning and artificial intelligence can help solve certain problems.

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities : Define product strategy in collaboration with business owners and engineering team Write product features and specifications to enable a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions Partner closely across multiple stakeholder groups and across organizations to drive alignment and project success Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors Purpose of the Team : The purpose of this team is to support internal operations and digital systems within the enterprise IT organization, specifically for the organization, which includes legal tools and the Elevate initiative supporting nonprofits and educational institutions

• This role will contribute to the AI investment supporting the Elevate initiative for nonprofits and educational institutions, product recommendations, streamlined registration, and improved support connections.

A typical day could include some or all of the following : meeting with business stakeholders to understand pain points and business needs, writing scenarios and features to define technical solutions, researching competitive products and industry trends, collaborating with engineering team to deliver solutions.

Product Management with a focus on AI solutions built on Azure Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.

MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
