In Schwab Advisor Services, we support independent financial professionals by helping them run their businesses smoothly and confidently. As a Workflow Solutions Associate, you'll be part of the team that keeps things moving behind the scenesmaking sure requests are handled quickly, accurately, and with care. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operational engine by reviewing and processing advisor-submitted requests. You'll engage primarily through electronic communication, with occasional outbound calls to clarify and resolve items that require attention. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to assess and advise on client materials, such as money movements, account updates, and identity verification. You'll learn how to navigate complex scenarios and apply sound judgment in a structured environment. The ability to adapt, think critically, and maintain a sharp eye for detail will be key to your success. Above all, timeliness and accuracy are paramount.
