Director of Women & Infants Services (Washington)

About the Role : As the Director of Womens & Infants Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments within the WIS service line. Youll ensure high-quality nursing care, spearhead program development, and align initiatives with our hospitals mission and strategic plan. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, fiscal management, performance improvement, and leading recruitment and professional development for our exceptional nursing staff.

What Youll Bring :

• A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required, along with a Masters Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.
• A valid RN license in the District of Columbia.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible nursing administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems.
• Proven experience in project development and implementation.
• Current CPR Certification.
